If you do not want to renew a domain, you need to cancel it by disabling auto renew in your client area.
Follow the instruction per domain:
Domains > My domains > Manage Domain > Auto Renew > Disable Auto Renew
Remember you need to cancel/disable renew 30 days in advance.
Transfering a domain before expiry date doesn't clear you from your financial liabiliy towards us.
You explicit need to cancel your domain agreement with our organisation.
